For as long as she can remember, Miranda has not been a fan of exercise classes or gym life. When she moved to London from Canada late in 2013, she became really ill and after months of being bed ridden, needed to find an activity that would help her build her strength back. She had heard of barre exercise and decided to give BARREtoned a try and ever since then, she was hooked! "BARREtoned not only helped me build my physical strength back, but it also rejuvenated my spirit and mind body connection".
After several years of working in an office, she decided that she needed to become more involved in BARREtoned and really follow her new found passion for being at the barre!
When Miranda isn't at the barre, you can find her exploring Notting Hill, searching out new restaurants or socialising with friends over a glass (or bottle) of wine!
